Universal Personnel are looking for a Transport Planner
Requirements for the role:
Planning and allocation of Solo, 2man and 3man routes onto multi drop vehicles.
Achieving KPI targets.
Reporting and tracking KPI outputs.
Working hours start @12noon until 8pm/9pm depending on workload, role also requires candidate to work on Sundays which is addition to salary, this can be negotiated for day in lieu or paid overtime on top of basic salary. Working from home is optional for Sunday shifts as role with be provided with laptop and telephone.
Great communication skills
Experience of managing a varied workload
An ability to methodically plan routes and an understanding of driver’s hours regulations.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly.
Competent user of Microsoft packages Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs.
