Telesales Executives

Universal Personnel are looking for outgoing and driven Sales Executives to join a friendly and evolving Company.

Role Summary ?
Working within the Partnerships team as an Energy Consultant, negotiating energy supply contracts across all utilities to a wide variety of partner channels covering all UK SME and Corporate customers.

? You will be responsible for building relationships with SME / corporate clients, obtaining their current energy details with the view to broker a new supply contract on their behalf.
? You will be responsible for proactively identifying customer needs and ensuring the most suitable solution is proposed, managing potential sales through to point of sale and contract.
? To build a successful pipeline, meeting the needs of our customers and delivering to departmental KPI?s and sales targets.
? Successfully implement and maintain effective records using our bespoke CRM system ?Salesforce?.
Specific Role Details ?
? Making outbound calls on behalf of our partners to businesses with a view to establishing their business energy needs and identifying selling opportunities, obtaining future sales opportunities with highly organised diary management.
? Working all leads to completion passed by our branded Partners.
? You will be expected to spend 80% of your time on the telephone with the aim of driving and converting sales opportunities on behalf of campaign partners.
? Develops great relationships very quickly with our clients by building trust and rapport in line with our call structure.
? Become proficient within the Energy sector, keeping up to date of industry changes and market movement. Learning various processes and criteria set out by our 20+ suppliers of whom we work with.
? Presenting, confidently advising and maximising the sale opportunity whilst identifying other additional revenue streams.
? Managing your Monthly / Weekly/ Daily sales targets, using Salesforce to build a solid sales pipeline converting leads to saleable opportunities to then managing your own renewal pot.

Skills Required

? Minimum 2 Years B2B outbound Sales Experience ? Target Driven ? Self-Motivated ? Proven Track Sales Record ? The ability to communicate at all levels ? Confident & Energetic

Qualifications Required

? 2 Years Energy Sales Experience
? Previous experience (ideally at least 2 years) of working in a telesales environment with experience of both inbound and outbound calling is essential.
? A good working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite is required
? Salesforce experience
? Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.

£19.00 – £35.00 per year
