QS – Freelance

Universal Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced freelanced QS.

My client workload is 99.9 % council work, doing reinstatements, roads, pavements and tarmacking anything council related they do.

They currently have work all over the Northants and West Midlands region.

My client is looking for a quality Freelance QS that can either work from home or office based and that can visit sites, they need you to look at the programme for labour and material costs also deal with all the extras that the client adds on to the programmes, taking photos accordingly.
